My Review: 4 stars

I really liked this book. It offered a history of the Salem witch trials, a good mystery and a little current day romance. Put all of that into the cauldron and it was a winning read. The main character didn’t seem like a Harvard grad student (or a grad student from any school) because she was entirely too clueless about so many common sense things unless it was spelled out in front of her. It didn’t upset the overall story or feel of the book though; perhaps that what they call “booksmart.”
